How do I register a Business Mailbox?

To open a Business Mailbox and start receiving mail in Kivra, you need the following:

A Mobile BankID
A private Kivra registered
Be a company signatory
The business form must be Aktiebolag, Handelsbolag, Kommanditbolag, Ekonomisk förening, or BRF. If you have a sole trade company you can use Kivra Private instead.

If you sign the company in consultation, several company signers may need to sign with Mobilt BankID at registration to comply with your company rules at Bolagsverket. When it is fulfilled, your Business Mailbox opens and your company will then automatically receive mail from connected senders.

Can my accountant or colleague access the Business Mailbox?

It is possible to distribute permissions to others in addition to company signers - it is required that the person have a private Kivra and a Mobile BankID.

The permissions are administered under "Settings" and "Permissions and Shares" when logged in to the Business Mailbox. You can invite people who need to take part in the company's administration.

Note that invited users with permission level 'Read and Manage' can invite new people to the Business Mailbox. Ultimately, it is the company signers who are responsible for keeping the authorization register up to date. Company signers always have access to the Business Mailbox, even if for some reason your authorization register was deleted, you can always register again and gain access to the Business Mailbox again.
