Forms
With Forms senders can easily collect feedback from contacts such as customers and employees. The form can be sent out together with a separate mailing, such as filling out a battery of questions before an upcoming health visit, update annual income or perhaps make a choice about how you want to pay off an invoice.
One question or a whole survey
With forms, senders can get quick feedback after e.g., a healthcare visit while the experience is top of mind. Or, just as easily send out a longer surveys. Why not use it linked to a booking for health information instead of sending out beforehand and requiring the patient to bring it to the visit? Or, gather needs and thoughts from customers to better adapt future offers?
Different ways of using forms
This is how it works
Easy for you and your customers to get started
The sender send in their info through Forms API and a form is created (containing questions, answer alternatives, time until the form ends, and so on)
Kivra returns a Forms Template Key
The sender adds the Form Template Key to the metadata of the content that will include the form
Kivra retrieves the form and adds it to the document being sent to the user.
The user receives notification that they have received a form and that they can log into Kivra, reply and submit.
The sender retrieves the responses via the Forms' API.
